Secretary and Admin Assistant required for a well-established IT and Repair company.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Taking control of regular receptionist tasks
- Answering calls and redirecting them where necessary
- Diary and appointment management
- Ensuring the office has essential supplies
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Correspondence with clients and providers
- The first point of contact for the business
- Data entry
- Ordering and having stock from suppliers delivered.
- Creating posts and assisting the Social Media Manager
Requirements and skills:
- Matric certificate
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Admin skills
- A basic knowledge of Design Theory
- Knowledge and experience of basic task management skills
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Ad campaigns will be an advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette and language skills
- Sound knowledge and ability to use MS Office: Word & Excel
- Sound interpersonal skills and confident communicator both oral and written to relate well with co-workers, clients and suppliers.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
