Secretary and Admin Assistant required for a well-established IT and Repair company.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  1. Taking control of regular receptionist tasks
  2. Answering calls and redirecting them where necessary
  3. Diary and appointment management
  4. Ensuring the office has essential supplies
  5. Typing, preparing and collating reports
  6. Correspondence with clients and providers
  7. The first point of contact for the business
  8. Data entry
  9. Ordering and having stock from suppliers delivered.
  10. Creating posts and assisting the Social Media Manager

Requirements and skills:

  • Matric certificate
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in Admin skills
  • A basic knowledge of Design Theory
  • Knowledge and experience of basic task management skills
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Ad campaigns will be an advantage.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and language skills
  • Sound knowledge and ability to use MS Office: Word & Excel
  • Sound interpersonal skills and confident communicator both oral and written to relate well with co-workers, clients and suppliers.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
